Parchment is an online record request service that Brainerd High School uses to streamline the process of sending out official transcripts and records to verify graduation and grades to colleges, employers, insurance companies, scholarships, etc. You can also order immunization records through this service. The cost associated with each transcript requested for alumni is $7.00 and $5.15 for an Immunization record,  payable at the time of your request. Current students will not be charged for these services. 

Please be aware that when ordering through Parchment your request may take 2-5 business days depending on the availability and activity of all requests. During high demand; end of the semester, end of the school year, etc. this process may take longer.

Students seeking unofficial transcripts for scholarships, insurance, or other purposes can sign into their Skyward account and open Student Access (located on the upper right-hand side of the screen). Click on Portfolio (from the left-hand menu). Look for the file labeled 'Transcript' with the most current date, and click on 'View Report'. There should be a button on this page to print as well. 

Students who need to send test scores to colleges can contact ACT to request a score report. Log into your account online or visit the ACT website for more information.
